Update: 0.0.2.1
Added the Itemmanagement-System. If you hold an Item, you can press the D-Pad to fill one slot on your back with the item from your hand. If the Slot is already occupied, you swap the items. There are no actuall items yet, only colored boxes. You can still try out the new build if you want.
